Jess arrived 30 minutes late which was fine, traffic and life happens. However, she requested payment before the job was done while I was out and after the stain had been applied I got to see the job and realized she hadn't sanded back enough on the bottom half which now looks discolored compared to the top half. Not particularly happy with the job
