The work should be future-proofed for: - A 3-phase EV charger - An outdoor spa Scope of Work: Install conduits from the switchboard to the sauna location (~30 meters). We will provide the trenching to your specification. Run at least three conduits: - One for the sauna - One for a future spa - One spare for EV charger / battery / other future needs Conduits must be suitable for high current / 3-phase use (EV charger). We have an outdoor sauna which requires decking oil to be applied. We have ADO-LT ALIS Decking Oil 1L Light Teak available which was provided by supplier. This will need to be inspected before application to ensure it is still ok. If it requires replacement, the Airtasker is asked to secure replacement product if available from eg Bunnings (we will reimburse the supply cost in addition to time for task). Additionally, appropriate applicators (brushes, foam applicators) will need to be acquired. We will reimburse the supply cost of those items also. There are a couple of dark spots which will need to be scrubbed first and potentially have vinegar applied prior to the decking oil. Two coats are required and accordingly this task may require two or more visits.
