Samsung 2018 Fridge, suddenly stopped cooling both fridge and freezer. Hard reset applied and no luck. Looking for someone to come and check it out whether it’s a simple fix or complex. Need to action ASAP.

I have a Samsung 635 Side by Side Fridge. It’s suddenly not cooling as well, and the sides of the fridge are very hot. There are no damage on the rubber seal. . Also, the ice maker isn’t dumping ice. It makes ice, but it doesn’t dump it by itself. I need someone to fix this.

We have checked, and compressor apparently is working, not sure about the sensors, we opened and there wasnt ice built up and no blockages. It shows a code of an ice maker error however i was told it shouldnt affect the freezers run.

The ice cube tray in the ice making unit has a crack in it which means that the ice cubes aren’t freezing properly as water is dripping through the crack
