Collect 1x 2 seater lounge and 1x 420L fridge from second floor unit (access via one set of straight, narrow stairs) and deliver to ground floor unit. Pick up location is in Logan Central and delivery is to Woodridge, an approx. 5 minute drive (2.6km distance).

From Logan central to Waterford (woodlands estate) so not a long distance tbh. I suspect you need the usual trolley and straps etc etc especially at the delivery location due to stairs etc to get it inside and up to the second level of the house.
