I got a new fridge they didn’t unpack for me

Need 2 mattresses taken and disposed of. Both mattresses are queen mattresses

Office clear out. Will need someone to remove whiteboards off the wall, as well as removing miscellaneous office furniture/ junk & taking to the tip. Will also be great if they can build a flat pack cupboard. Will be more than just a car's worth of rubbish, will need to be at least one truck's worth. We are on the first floor of our building, so will need to be someone who can get up and down the stairs easily. There is an elevator on site for larger/ bulky items.
