Our IT Manager is on leave. We recently moved over to superloop NBN service and out corpste gateway needs minor adjustment to settings in order to restore internet services to corporate office. IT manager need will call and provide instruction. Mission critical work must be tomorrow

Hi. We recently ported from telstra to optus and we got a new modem which i connected exactly the way it was before. But the phone doesn’t rings. Been chasing optus but no help. If someone can please check if i’ve messed up some sort of wiring here and there and fix the issue for me. Kind regards.

I want to replace my old router with a new one. The new one is a D Link. I’ve been on the phone with my provider for 1 1/2 hours, but still no success in the end, although it did seem as though it was going to connect. I know that this is just a very simple fix, but I am just not tech savvy enough to do it myself

I need my modem Reconfigured. My wifi router from Vodafone is currently connected to an Opticomm box in my garage. I signed up with Superloop, and the broadband service is activated now, and everything is connected. However there is still no internet connection, even after trying to reset and reconfigure the modem. Please help tonight. I will compensate for your time late at night. We provide a small business with a NBN router (on Aussie Broadband NBN-EE 100/100M Service). Their current router is having issues. We need an IT tech to purchase a suitable router TP-Link, Netgear or similar. Configure the router to work with NBN, (very basic configuration, no VLANs, no WiFi). Any router you are comfortable with configuring is fine, we generally use Draytek or Netgear (but any router with the specs above will be fine). Need somebody experienced in configuring routers and who preferrably can head onsite first thing Monday morning as their current internet service is flapping likely due to a router issue.
