Hi. We recently ported from telstra to optus and we got a new modem which i connected exactly the way it was before. But the phone doesn’t rings. Been chasing optus but no help. If someone can please check if i’ve messed up some sort of wiring here and there and fix the issue for me. Kind regards.

I want to replace my old router with a new one. The new one is a D Link. I’ve been on the phone with my provider for 1 1/2 hours, but still no success in the end, although it did seem as though it was going to connect. I know that this is just a very simple fix, but I am just not tech savvy enough to do it myself

I need my modem Reconfigured. My wifi router from Vodafone is currently connected to an Opticomm box in my garage. I signed up with Superloop, and the broadband service is activated now, and everything is connected.
