Canon MegaTank G3675 Printer is set up and recognises Telstra Smart 5G modem but cannot connect. problem is related to printer only accepting 2.4GHz when router is set to 5GHz band steering. I need a technician who understands bandwidth and adapting router settings.

We have Plex working but when we are remote it always says that the stream is degraded which means that we do not have incorrectly set up in our router. We have tried all the fixes on the Plex support website but we cannot get it working. We don't know a lot about port forwarding so we would expect you to fill in the gaps here.

A friend purchased a Xiaomi AX3000 dual band router. It has worked really well for a few months but since Thursday, November 14, the internet light has been orange, meaning I have had no internet. I haven’t been able to troubleshoot my way out of it. The issue doesn’t lie with my provider or the NBN. The secondary issue is that the Mi Home app is in Chinese!
