Need someone experienced with internet and modem setup. We recently got a new modem, but the internet is not working properly. Looking for someone with experience in setting up and troubleshooting internet connections, modem installation, router configuration, and checking if there is an issue with the line or provider. Would like someone to come as soon as possible. Please only apply if you have experience with this type of work.

I’ve recently had issues with my wifi. I tried to put a timer on my NBN to shut off the wifi overnight (options on the Telstra modem GUI schedule left 15 minutes at 12am open so the modem would shut off at 10pm, back on at 11:45 and off again at 12am). This caused issues and now my kitchen AP isn’t working. The Telstra modem that came with the house is old. I want to upgrade to a ubiquiti as it appears to be the best modem around and most trustworthy company. Modem needs to attach to wall like it is now. I’d like help to set that up and then name all of the devices connected to my network. I also want to schedule the wifi to turn off overnight.
