I need a qualified renderer, solid plasterer, or facade maintenance professional to inspect and repair an exterior vertical joint between two townhouses on the second storey. The joint currently has a visible crack or gap in the render. I need: Inspection to confirm if it is an expansion joint or structural crack Removal of any failed sealant or render along the joint Resealing with a flexible, exterior-grade sealant (colour matched if possible) Check for signs of water ingress behind the joint and advise on any further work needed Access: The joint is on the second storey at the rear of the property.
