Render a section of wall - about 2.5metres x 30cm. Need to render around a PowerPoint and an nbn point

Bathroom renovation, need walls rendered to prepare for tiling.

Hole in kitchen, approximately 30cm long and 20cm wide (the actual hole is smaller but the part requiring rendering to be flush with the call is approx that size). I believe it needs to be rendered. Location Dulwich Hill. Ideally completed by the end of October, flexible with work time.

I have removed a built-in cupboard and need the ceiling plaster extended into the space and the walls render to level up and cover previously unrendered areas underneath the old cornice. Ceiling is to have a shadow line edge to match the existing ceiling. the space is 3m long and the render over the bare brick is around the top edge. Area-wise, the render to be leveled up is about 1800mm x 300mm x 2 mm at one end and 1800 x 300mm x 5 mm at the other end. - Due date: Flexible

I have just had some new windows installed and there is small gap between the new frames and the wall. The walls are double brick with a cement rendered finish. The window installers wanted to cover the gap with a timber architrave but this wouldn't match the other windows. They also said that they couldn't be rendered because they have used expanding foam to seal around the windows and said you can't render over foam. I have no idea whether this is the case. There are 4 windows, 2 are about 2000x1500 and 2 smaller windows about 900x1500.
