Looking for an experienced tradesperson to prepare, repair, render, and paint an exterior brick wall at my property in Brighton East. The wall forms part of the neighbouring property's studio (it is a shared boundary wall), so care needs to be taken to ensure a neat, professional finish. Access is from my side only. Scope of work includes: * Sanding back and cleaning the existing brickwork * Removing loose/flaking old mortar (some minor repointing may be needed) * Applying a cement render to cover the entire wall (~15m² area) — smooth, even finish required * Painting the rendered surface with 2 coats of exterior-grade paint (quote to include supply of paint) - colour to be provided. Render 3 external walls ground floor

I have a channel in the brick wall and a tap pipe that needs to be pushed into the wall. This needs to be done before the final coat of rendering, today or tomorrow. On the back of the wall is my courtyard, full access. As you can see the tap's pipe is still not flush with the wall and it needs to have a bracket fixture installed. I have screws and brackets - job is Brighton East
