Recently demo’d kitchen, including wall tile removal. Require rendering and white-set.

Window edges - need cement rendering. Only top edge on 2 windows. You to supply all material and labour. During the course of cleaning, we were removing old double glaze windows and hangers for blinds. As a result these were all stuck on using silicon and industrial strength tape and when we removed these, the cement came off. Please note the following brief: - some of the cement render which has come off from the top part of the window is an 20mm thick. 2 windows affected. Others not so much. Photos are attached - I need the windows taped to protect the aluminium frame and I need all this damage fixed. - the edges 45 degree angles need to be finished off smoothly. - I require this done as soon as possible - I need a professional and licensed - I have painters who need to paint this so your guidance for drying time needs to be given please. - quality licensed person to do this . - work needs to be guaranteed and weather proof, waterproof. - I need sealed and primed ready for painting as well. Sealing and priming to be done by you - 2 windows: 1150mm high x 1800mm wide. - location: Homebush West. - photos attached. - every precaution needs to be taken to ensure this is secure and also ensure that the underside of the rendering does not drop off whilst drying or supported if need be. - if you would like to inspect before doing the job, I am available. - I need you to protect all flooring and furniture and ensure that you clean up after yourself and remove and debris - please specify your warranty period. Needs to be minimum 10 years

Hole in kitchen, approximately 30cm long and 20cm wide (the actual hole is smaller but the part requiring rendering to be flush with the call is approx that size). I believe it needs to be rendered. Location Dulwich Hill. Ideally completed by the end of October, flexible with work time.

We would like to install: - Eight IKEA shelves; we have three brackets for each shelf so it's 24 screws into the wall. The brackets are x12 Pershult and x12 Sandsult - 1 heavy mirror, requires 2 screws into the wall - 1 knife rack, requires 2 screws into the wall - 1 TV mount, requires 2 screws into the wall - 2 hooks, requires 4 screws into the door It's an Art Deco apartment with brick walls covered in a thick render. Happy to source the screws if you can advise what to get. Unsure of the appropriate budget, happy to be guided by the quotes provided. Would be ideal to get the job completed ASAP.

repair/fill render around power points and chasing in old internal rendered wall after electrician has been today. This is for a kitchen renovation. Need job done asap.

Render repair required on upstairs window. See photos attached. Job is to repair render on all 4 sides of a single window and leave ready for painting. I initially thought that this job could be completed from inside, but I have not been able to remove both parts of the (sliding) window components. Therefore I now believe the job will need to be completed from the outside with a ladder. Good access from below pathway, however bidder to confirm that there is enough space for safe operation of their ladder.

Wall in bedroom needs to be repaired, prepped and rendered, ready for painting. Wall has been damaged due to shower leak in bathroom next door. Wall has now been dried with main wet areas cut out and disposed of. Job does not require painting of wall.
