I need to use a van for one week

I need someone with a van, ute or truck to help me move from Attwood to Craigieburn. I have no idea what the price is for this service, hence why I'm starting with low price which I think should be the absolute minimum. I have started packing for last week so hopefully everything will be boxed and labelled correctly for the new place. It's a small place, storage of boxes and items is easy to access as it's a driveway and then unload in the garage with your advise on the order. My room is above the garage, only one flight of stairs to get up into the room. Only a few large items going upstairs, I can take the rest slowly later. Single bed will be dismantled. I have a lot of camping gear which will most likely go to a storage facility if it all can't fit. I'm not good at estimating the size and area, I'm hoping to find someone who can assist with that and hopefully someone experienced. Preferably start Friday the 8th but can wait for the weekend for the right person. I have ADHD so this is a difficult move for me, especially the planning so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m looking for someone to Pull down crappy shed that has been put together from bits and pieces of various materials. It is not structural or concrete in. Basically would require random fixings removed and a grinder here and there to speed the process up. There is 2 sheds side by side in pic. It is the larger of the 2 to be removed. Along with all the crap inside it. Also a small fort made with plastic pallets and covered in fake turf. It’s a fairly easy job, I just don’t like spiders so won’t do it myself. I basically want the 2 areas to be cleared to nothing. Ideally I’d like a price to take it all away and dispose of it. Have a larger 3 door commercial fridge that I need help moving from my garage into the house. There are a few steps to go up but it is not a stairwell. I also have a domestic fridge that I want help removing from the house and brought down to the garage. Thinking this will take 4 strong blokes. I will be on-site to help as well. Fridge is 1900 wide 1920 high 800 diameter weight is 170kg. But shouldn't be more than an hour's worth of work if that. No truck needed as the fridge is onsite.
