Need someone to: - Regrout tiles in the bathroom. Mostly area around the bathtub (photos 2 and 3). Possibly a few other locations in bathroom. - Reattach a few tiles that have become loose or are coming out in the bathtub area.  - Fix/reattach lose/broken tiles (Photos 5, 7, 8) Thank you!

I’m seeking a licensed and experienced tiler or bathroom wet-area repair specialist to inspect and rectify a moisture issue originating from the bathroom. A recent building inspection identified: - Significant moisture accumulation around the shower area and outside the shower screen - Evidence of a possible old leak visible in the living room beneath the bathroom The inspection suggests the issue may relate to failed grout and/or compromised waterproofing within the bathroom wet area, with the shower recess being the most likely source. Scope includes: - Inspect the bathroom wet area (including shower recess and adjacent junctions) - Identify the source of moisture ingress - Remove and replace grout where required - Re-grout the shower/wet area (epoxy or high-quality grout preferred) - Replace silicone seals at all junctions - Reseal the wet area to restore watertight integrity The goal is to stop any moisture escaping from the bathroom wet area and prevent further leakage. Requirements: - Must be a licensed tiler or licensed bathroom/wet-area repair specialist - Experience diagnosing and repairing bathroom leaks - Ability to provide an invoice or brief written confirmation outlining the works completed Budget indicative – open to adjustment following inspection.

Bathroom leak from shower into laundry below

My shower needs cleaning and regrouting. The top half is fine, the bottom half is wearing. Would like someone that has the ability to dry the wall to prevent future mould.

Require regrouting of ~7m2 of outdoor stone pavers down side of house. Existing grout cracking up and washing away (pulls up easily with screwdriver). Gaps are fairly wide at 10-15mm, 30mm at widest adjacent to fence so likely need a wide gap grout.

Regrout a small bathroom approx 4 metres sq. It is smaller than a small bedroom. Shower, loo and basin in it. Tiles are mosaic on floor, medium size tiles on walls and hob. Tiles are in good order and secure. There are no leaks.Theres a little bit of mould in shower floor corner/s. Full regrout wanted not a patch up of the little grout gaps here and there. Hello, I need a very experienced and reputable tiler that can regrout and seal the tiles that meet the floor of my shower and the drain of the shower. There is grout missing and water is getting through underneath. As you can see by the pictures, it is a polished concrete shower floor. Whoever takes his job will need to warrant their work. Just to be clear, it is to regrout the drain area the tiles that meet the floor and also seal them.

Regrout shower area. 1800 x 800mm ( 2 walls ) and a small wall of 300 x 800. Take out old silicon and resilicon with mould less silicon. Location Cranbourne west ( off Evans road) Prefer done before Wednesday afternoon (31/12)

Remove old grout and silicone in whole of shower. Fully regrout and install new silicone.
