Shower needs resealing on the outside and inside and check for regrout please

Hi there I have 3 handyman tasks I need assistance with: 1. The toilet light needs fixing. I've bought the right globe for the light, but it doesn't seem to go into the fitting properly. Not sure what the issue is here, but need someone who can take a look at it and fix it. 2. The tap in my shower has come off. I think it just needs a simple washer replacement. 3. I would like some sections of grouting removed and new grouting done in my bath/shower area. I have highlighted the sections which need to be replaced. Noting: none of the dark grey area with very small tiles needs to be replaced - that is fine, it is just the areas I've highlighted. 4. I would also like the strip of silicon at the bottom of my shower glass section replaced. 5. A tile next to the bath has a crack in it - I would like for this crack to be filled/painted. Looking for experienced handyman to regrout entire 1 x shower to prevent water leak/damage.

I need re-grouting done in bathroom shower. The work is required only within the shower floor area, which is a square space measuring approximately 1m x 1m. Prefer grout colour similar as original.

2 balconies of 4.2 SQM & 6 SQM require existing tiles to be replaced, regrouted & sealed. 1 balcony of 11 SQM requires existing tiles to be regrouted & sealed. Work needs to be completed by a balcony tiling specialist who can provide a warranty and uses specialist waterproofing products. Scope of works: 2 Balconies to have tiles replaced (tile size 300 x 300) Remove existing floor and skirting tiles. Remove the cement bed. Screed new cement bed. Apply waterproofing membrane including installation of flexible bandage to perimeters Fit new tiles (to be provided) Apply EPOXY to all opened grout joints, including skirting tiles, top of skirting and the perimeter of the balcony. Reseal balcony balustrading and balcony doorways Remove existing silicone sealants from the balcony Clean and remove all rubbish from site Balcony to have existing tiles regrouted and sealed (tile size 300 X 300): Remove existing grout from between the balcony floor tiles, skirting tiles Remove existing grout/sealant from the balcony perimeter. Remove existing sealant from the balcony balustrading and any doorways. Apply epoxy to all de-grouted grout joints, including skirting tiles, top of skirting and the perimeter of the balcony. Reseal balcony balustrading and balcony doorways. Clean off entire balcony tiled area with coating and sealer remover.

I need help with regrout floor tiles. There are 6 areas. 2.5x2.1 3.5x7.1 2.6x4.7 3.0x1.1 2.5x2.1 2.5x2.3 Look for a realistic quote. Thanks.

7 tiles are cracked on our patio need to be replace. Have just enough tiles to use. Also need grouting done on parts of patio. No cash jobs must offer warranty and have proof of previous work.
