Hi I’m looking for someone who can finish off the paint job above my stairs (I don’t have the appropriate ladder to get up high enough and have a fainting condition) Also looking for someone to sand back and my stairs to the natural wood and then finish them with the natural colour so no paint but with a more matte finish that’s easy to clean. (Also the hand rail to match) Wall paint provided. I also have basic rollers,brushes and trays if required. Not sure what it is likely to cost so put in a random number and will let people make offers accordingly.

No idea what the price should be happy to discuss about it. Whoever made the door didn’t do a good job, so after washing the house at low pressure some marks appeared on the door, this needs to be fixed.

I'm looking for a quote to sand and refinish some internal wooden stair treads that have surface stains. There's some yellow/orange surface staining on a handful of individual treads (photos attached). I’m replacing my kitchen, my floor is hardwood (Blackbutt). There’s scuff marks where the old cabinets sat, and part of the floor was never varnished properly. I am keen to get this done soon so that I can start assembling cabinets and rebuilding my kitchen. One of my tradies suggested best to do it now while the space is unhindered.

Paint is peeling from kitchen door fronts, otherwise the cabinets are structurally sound, they just need sanding and repainting. I am looking to have all cupboard doors, cover panels and drawer fronts sanded, primed and painted. Its a small kitchen, low-set house.
