I am needing some assistance for an on the day coordinator to set up my wedding reception decor, do final checks of the space and ensure its ready for our arrival. The tasks will involve decorating the tables with candles, flowers, name cards, setting up gift bags (prepacked) and ensuring things are ready at a set time for our arrival. All decor provided with a detailed plan. May require someone to pick up the decor on the way to setting up but TBC. Approx 3 hours of work.

We just need someone to sit at reception whilst we have our staff Christmas party off-site 9am - 4pm on Friday 5th December. We really just need someone there to accept mail/parcels and take any messages that may come through.

We need help setting up 160 satin white chair sashes for a reception at Curzon Hall (Marsfield, NSW) on Saturday, 29 November 2025. Sashes to be tied into bows on chairs as attached photo for reference. All materials provided, chairs will be in place. Time on the day still to be confirmed. Approx. 160 chairs

Looking for a DJ and if you are able to MC that would be great also. Event is at St Albans / Lower McDonald NSW area for a wedding. Hours are from 5pm to 10pm. Dinner included. Please let me know the cost of travel and whether you will bring the relevant equipment.
