We're looking for someone reliable to help us inspect our client's properties. (Att: ex real estate agents) We're looking for someone who can help us inspect properties with several narrated videos that are shot on a good-quality smartphone. The videos will need to be taken of all the areas of the property and any problems that are noticed should be pointed out. Our communication is simple and done over Whatsapp. We'll let you know of an inspection that needs to be done and the contact details for the person that you'd need to arrange the inspection time on our behalf. We'd like no less than 6 videos, more if needed, detailing the condition of the property which we'll give you more details on. Each inspection takes around 30 minutes and we do roughly 5 a week, paying $110 gst inc for each inspection. I am looking to get help with the virtual inspection of a property. Need someone to meet the real estate agent at the property and do a walk through of the property while sharing a video of the walk through and take property pictures to share them with me, so that I can do a thorough virtual walk through. Maximum duration of the inspection will be 1 hour, starting at 10am on the property on Monday 14th July. Hi, I’m looking for someone to conduct a property inspection this Friday at 3 p.m. at Townhouse 2/22, Hampden Street, Braybrook, 3019. It’s a brand new townhouse, and I need detailed videos and photos to help me assess it for a potential investment. It should only take you 15 minutes. Inspection must include: Video of the living-dining area – to see how a dining table and sofa/coffee table might fit. Video of bedrooms Video of the bathroom – to check new finishes and fittings. Videos of the front and rear backyards – showing fencing, landscaping, and overall look. In the front video, please capture street noise and show the nearby warehouses to assess any noise impact.
