Hi, I am unable to attend a rental inspection for an apartment, and would really appreciate someone that can go on my behalf. The inspection is at 5pm today 16th of June, on Darling Street, in South Yarra. I have informed the agent that somebody will attend on my behalf, and the inspection will take no more than 15 minutes. What I'd love help with: - Attending the inspection at 5pm - A video call while you do the inspection That's it :) No need for a written report or anything, but if you do feel like sharing any thoughts about the vibe of the place or area with me, for somebody who isn't from Melbourne, that would be nice too. I need someone to go inspect an apartment on my behalf. Does not need to be a thorough inspection but I need a clear video (one in wide angle and one regular) to be able to assess. I need to get an idea of how much light does the apartment get and also the size. Time is between 1:30pm to 3:20pm.
