We're looking for someone reliable to help us inspect our client's properties in the Traralgon & Morwell area. (Att: ex real estate agents) We're looking for someone who can help us inspect properties with several narrated videos that are shot on a good-quality smartphone. The videos will need to be taken of all the areas of the property and any problems that are noticed should be pointed out. Our communication is simple and done over Whatsapp. We'll let you know of an inspection that needs to be done and the contact details for the person that you'd need to arrange the inspection time on our behalf. We'd like no less than 6 videos (usually 2 - 3mins each), more if needed, detailing the condition of the property which we'll give you more details on. Each inspection takes around 30 minutes, there is an option for this to become a regular thing, paying $110 gst inc for each inspection. This is a great gap-filling opportunity if you have spare time in your day and are looking for a little extra income on the side. Please note: We do have very specific criteria for these videos, and should you accept the task, we will complete a vetting process before assigning you an inspection.
