Hi there, We need some amazing shots of our airbnb property in jamberoo. Its 5 bedrooms with 2 loungerooms and 2.5 bathrooms & pool outdoor area. We need the photos done on Wednesday 14th of may (anytime works). We have aerial shots already, just need internals done and a few of the pool area and backyard. Must have previous experience with property photos. I have attached some of the shots we have of the property already. It will be styled the weekend prior to the photoshoot.

Need digital photo's taken of a property I am purchasing in Doncaster VIC to capture its current condition prior to settlement. Need the photo's taken before this Friday (25 April) as settlement is next week. It is a 3 bedroom townhouse with 3 levels, 3 bathrooms, and a single garage. No backyard, just a small garden at front of the property. Need at least 10 photo's taken of each room (all surfaces that are accessible including walls, ceiling, floor) and a close-up photo of each visible defect (e.g. cracks in the wall, damage to furniture, water stains in ceiling, etc etc). Also need an outside photo showing the entire front (north side) of property and another of the rear (south side). Also need a photo showing the water meter reading. Photo's need to be at least 12-Megapixels resolution, focused not blurry, and have enough light on the subject matter (please use flash if needed). Will need the photo's uploaded at original/full quality to a secure file sharing platform (e.g. Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Dropbox) and a link shared with me so I can download all the photo's. I will need the photo's supplied within 1 week after your visit to the property. Keys to access the property will need to be picked up and dropped back to the real estate agent office in Box Hill.

I own a Sony a7Rii mirrorless camera and would love to learn how to take great property photos. Ideally someone would be familiar with this camera model and be able to show me how to set up, shoot and then upload to my Apple iPad and edit. I need a photographer to take approx 15 Real Estate interior & exterior photographs. After lunch the Sun will flood the background in the bedrooms and view from front balcony. Photos will need to be individually corrected afterwards. Full rights of all images pass onto me. The job is a 2 story, staged, residential home at Moorebank. Please only submit FIXED price offers.
