I need an architecture student or graduate Can also be interior architect, engineering, Draftsperson as you need to be able to read a plan. I require you to do 4 inspections and 4 shops- Murray st, Westfield cannington, karrinyup, joondalup. Take photo of existing diagram on wall and do a walk through and make up any changes that are not accurate. Also required to review the evacuation point and ensure the path shown on the diagram is correct. Unless you have a portable printer ideally mark ups could be done digitally... as we won't have a copy of the existing plan until we get to site and photograph it from the wall. Or you could make a sketch of it but this is kind of doubling up so digital mark ups might be easier -eg me know your thoughts and ideas for ease. Hours are flexible and can be done on weekends or weekdays during shop open hours. Happy to pay $40 per hour this listing is just for one shop So the whole job will be to the value of $250 - Due date: Before Friday, October 20, 2023
