Description: I’m looking for an experienced property or real estate photographer to take professional advertising photos of my registered rooming house in Bundoora, near La Trobe University. The photography should include: Wide-angle overview photos of the property and main common areas Exterior/front-of-house photos One twin room with two beds and a private ensuite One single-occupancy room with a queen bed and shared bathroom One queen-bedroom with a private ensuite Photos of the kitchen and any other key areas that would help present the property well I would like the photographer to: Use professional property photography equipment and suitable lighting Provide professionally edited, high-resolution images Correct lighting, colour and perspective where necessary Provide both high-resolution images and web-optimised versions suitable for rental advertising Allow me to use the photos for ongoing rental advertising on platforms such as Flatmates and other property websites Please include examples of your previous real estate or accommodation photography, your availability, the estimated number of final edited photos, and the turnaround time in your offer. I would also like a short, professionally filmed and edited walkthrough video of the property, approximately 45–90 seconds long. The video should show the exterior, entrance, kitchen and main common areas, as well as the three specified room types. No interview, voice-over or people appearing in the video are required. Simple background music and clean transitions are preferred. If possible, please provide one horizontal version for property advertising and one vertical version suitable for social media. Please confirm whether photography and videography are both included in your offer, and provide examples of relevant property videos.

I need a photographer to come to a building site in Epping, at Oldham Road, and take some photos of a project that is being finished. The main area I am looking to have photographed is the warehouse floor, but I am also happy for you to take photos of whatever else looks good/ other internal finished works. This task must be completed tomorrow afternoon. You will be accompanied by the Site Manager and have a full safety briefing, as well as be provided any safety gear you require. There is also the option to photograph part 2 of this project once the landscaping is complete on Thursday/ Friday. For this I will require external shots, as well as drone photography.
