Full pool clean including leaf/fallen fruit removal in pool and on pool cover.

Our pool pump had a mechanical seal leak so got it replaced however there’s ongoing issues with poor flow. A pool technician performed a blowback - to force any debris blockage (eg leaves) back into the pool so that the flow is fixed but flow through the skimmer remains gentle, and no visible obstructions could be detected (though the pipe descends approximately 30cm before taking a horizontal turn, which limits visual inspection). Given the circumstances, we suspect a blockage is present—potentially a gate valve part, a toy, or another obstruction—but we can’t confirm the exact cause without further investigation. We need someone to scope the line to locate and clear the blockage.

Remove and dispose of old pool sand filter and sand. Large size approx 200kg of sand in the filter. Will be uninstalled next to pool area. Paved access at lease 1 metre wide all the way to front driveway, with one sep up.

The gate spring Uto close need changing

The spring on the top of our pool fence is broken so it doesn’t automatically close

I have a glass pool gate where the latch is not locking in properly. Hoping to find someone to adjust it or fix it.

Need ground levelled & compacted for pool. Also pool assemble - Due date: Before Friday, 17th Dec 2021
