Monthly pool maintenance (smaller size pool)

hi, I’m in coorparoo and have an issue with my spa (it is also well overdue a service). When I switch it on, it just keeps heating up despite setting temp (kids played with the settings). It is a MAAXSPA M-500S I realise it’s a busy time of year but I was hoping you could possibly stop by and service/fix my spa for me please. I’m free whenever suits. It seems to heat up and not stop. Address is Lade street, coorparoo.

I have tried scrubbing stains but they aren’t coming off. Can anyone get rid of them?

My water feature is full of water. Because the water pump failed, there has been no water movement & it now has some algae in. It stands around 1m high. I need it emptied & cleaned out.

--Experienced pool pump installer required-- I will pay for materials, you need to pick them up (i.e. price is ex materials, labour only). As part of renovating our pool area, we need to relocate the pool pump and plumbing. Electrical will happen separately. It will require re-laying and attaching new plumbing from existing area to new location 12 metres away, and replacing the pool filter sand. Pump is lhs of yard, pick shows the rhs were it will be relocated

Need someone to drain water from my pool this morning before weather gets worse. Thought I could do it myself but realise I can’t release enough without a pump

Need someone to clean pool, remove debris, balance and check equipment. Our pool cleaner is broken and is in need of a clean and still deciding what cleaner to buy, so hoping someone could come late this afternoon or early tomorrow morning to clean pool. Pool is 8x4

Vacuum pool and check levels

I need my pool vacuumed after gardener has left foliage in pool. My vacuum has stopped working and the lid to empty basket is stuck. And probably need a backwash. I think it's an easy fix for someone who works with pools. My usual pool guy is unavailable.
