New Raypac gas heater needs gas connected. Spa plumbing has already been done. Gas line already in place (see photo) as this heater is replacing my old heater in same place.

Looking to rectify ongoing problem of water pooling on my apartment balcony. The fall of the tiles is off, meaning water tends to pool in the centre of the balcony, rather than flowing into the drain. This occurs year round, primarily due to rain in winter and condensation from the air conditioner in summer. Assume the fix would be to re-tile the balcony to ensure the fall of the tiles is correct. The air conditioner drain pipe is located on the other side of the balcony to the drain drain. I currently catch the water in a tray and empty it periodically, but this isn't very effective as it tends to overflow. So, I would also be looking to see if there's a way of diverting water towards the drain (i.e. through a groove in the tiles or similar) in addition to fixing the fall of the tiles. My parents need their pool cleaned for a regular cleaning and maintenance. Its a new pool and needs its filters cleaned, chlorine levels checked, debris removed etc Time and date of cleaning is flexible but sooner rather than later is preferred.

Looking for someone to clean or high pressure hose small area under alfresco and around pool. Has small dried worms that have stuck and i cant get off regular hose. Very small area.
