I need a quote for inspection of a pool and issuing certificate of pool barrier compliance. You must be the holder of a current surveyor/inspector license with the Victorian Building Authority. We can discuss the fee later and please ignore the $5. I have a property in Bulleen which has a pool (not in use) and is fenced fixed to the concrete around the pool. According to the new requirement for properties with a pool, I need to submit a certificate of barrier compliance to the Council. I need a registered building surveyor, or a registered building inspector, or a municipal building surveyor to inspect the barrier and issue a certificate of pool barrier compliance. You must be registered with a current license with the Victorian Building Authority.

The pool has become an unpleasant sight and need regular clean again. Photo is attached. There is no need for refill. The pump does not work (also the filter does not work). We need to empty the pool and reasonably clean and totally remove the algae.
