1. There is a leak around one of the taps. It’s most noticeable when the tap is turned on, and the water appears to be coming from around the base of the tap rather than the spout. 2. The toilet has a continuous leak into the commode. I suspect there may be an issue with the cistern. 3. The wall-mounted towel holder in the toilet has come off the wall and needs to be reattached/remounted.

Banging pipes under the house (all pipes accessible under the house). Happens intermittently but increasing over the past few days. I'd like this fixed. Also need: - a stop tap replaced (it's rusted). Noting there's another stop tap so water can be turned off, and - an exterior tap fixed so it's easier to turn on and off (probably just a washer).
