Hi, I have an Apricus solar hot water system. It has not been serviced for over 2 years. I would like to arrange: 1. Anode rod inspection/replacement 2. 1. Fix dripping bathroom tap. The tap drips unless the handles are closed very tightly. 2. The drain hole for the dishwasher drain pipe is not sealed. Cover up so no smell comes through, please refer to photos.

Mixer tap leaks from an internal connection when tap is turned on. I'm able to isolate the cold water just upstream of the leak though unsure on location of hot water isolation valve so haven't been able to investigate leak source further.
