An area of around 5 x 3 insulated, gyprocked, plastered, 2 x small areas stud walled and gyprocked

I have attempted to plaster my face brick walls in my house. Sand and cement base and white set top coat. Struggling to get a nice finish on the white set top coat. Need that done as well as joins in ceiling sheets and cornices installed

Looking for someone to install a metal curtain rod into drywall for a reasonable price, probably need to screw into the studs. Already have brackets

Patching two 300mm x 300mm hole in an existing gyprock ceiling using the existing pieces of gyprock. Key Details: Fix timber backing supports behind the hole to secure the new gyprock piece, if needed. Screw the gyprock patch securely into the timber backing. Tape and apply joint compound to all edges, feathering into the existing ceiling. Sand the patched area smooth once dry. Ready the surface for painting to match existing ceiling finish.

Various jobs to be done in home.. two small cornices (approx 30cm) fitted and joined in place.. we have cornice pieces.. two internal doors fitted.. we will supply door handles. 4 air conditioning ducts removed and patched over. Ceiling joint where cracked to be drywall over and smoothed.. can supply pics..

We have a plumber coming in the morning on the 14th April He has pulled 1 tile off the wall to access pipes. We will need the wall (gyprock) fixed and re-tiled & Grout I have purchased replacement tiles but not grout, gyprock or anything else required Bonus points if you can re-grout the shower floor.

I have 10-15 pictures that need hanging in my newly renovated ground floor unit. They are mostly light weight, some are fairly large but still light weight. I'm pretty sure I know where I want them but may need to discuss placement on the day. My ideal time is before 7am or after 5pm, or on weekends.
