I have had my bedroom cupboards (2) renovated. Need plastering and painting done from where the cupboards were

Repair replace water damaged plasterboard. Fix and glue parts that require. Screw and glue replacement board. Paper and plaster all joins. Plaster to paint finish. Seal coat and 2x white coat matching as close as possible to existing ceiling. Show home owner before leaving. Supply all materials required

Cut out water damaged plasterboard in ceiling. Check if aircon vent is set at correct height. Glue and screw existing plaster board surrounding piece you cut out. Glue and screw replacement plasterboard. Fix aircon vent through plasterboard paper and plaster all joins. Plaster to pain finish. Paint - 1x seal coat 2x white to match existing. Cover work area to prevent spillage of any kind. Supply all materials, paint and tools required. You must be qualified or be dam good with experience to undertake this task. Have 3 more tasks for the right person. Max 2 m2 plasterboard may need replacing.

Check out the images, more can be provided. Paint will be supplied. Work will take less than a day. Quote for a full day or by the hour. There is a small section under the eaves that needs to be repainted after water damage. The remainder of the work is internal and involves small cracks in walls or cornices.

we had old ceiling lights replaced with downlights. Now the old holes need to be repatched and painted. There are 4 in total (bedroom, dining, kitchen and small one in laundry area). Photos below except for bedroom. I also have a courtyard with broken and crumbling render around garden beds, which would be an additional piece of work if the plastering job goes well. Hi I need a door frame supplied and installed for a house in Dianellla. The door supplied for hanging is 81.5cm x 202cm (hinged door). Quote to include frame, plastering at the top, hang existing door and removal of all rubbish. Space for door and frame is 91.5cm (w) x 242.5cm (h, ground to ceiling).

You could complete this tonight, tomorrow anytime or Friday morning. Prepare this area for painting and tiling by indoor rendering or boarding up and gap sealing the brick bits (photo 1) and sealing where the countertop meets the wall (photo 2 and 3). The red brick areas will be tiled. The rest will be painted. (Not by you 😊 I’m just asking for prep) And then add some sealer to the place the benchtop is sitting on wall. See photos.
