After fixing the water leak, we now need a handyman to repair the plastering and tiling in two wet areas — the bathroom and laundry, as shown in the images. The bathroom tiles are white, so any similar white tiles should be fine. For the laundry area, we’re happy to use any colour that goes well with the wall paint. Needing a repair for our plasterboard kitchen ceiling . We are currently renovating our kitchen and needing to repair the ceiling and extend it back into the old pantry. No cornicing required at this stage although this may be a future job once then kitchen cabinets are finalised. Any tools required from us will need to be discussed before hand. We have some gyprock but depending on the pieces you need one more sheet may be requried.

We had a door installed and gap in the wall that has been patched. Guy moved away before he could finish so we just need the gaps in the giprock boards filled and levelled with the wall and cornice installed and prepped for painting. Shouldn’t take more than a couple of hours, just haven’t had the time to get it done. We have most of the materials including the cornice, cornice adhesive etc. but feel free to look through what we have and see what you might still need. Also have about 3-4 holes in our ceiling from fan installation and removing the old light fixture that we’d love to have patched as well.
