Small plastering job in kitchen renovation

I have 3 small and 1 slightly larger area that requires plastering and patching following a kitchen renovation.

In my Perth property due to the water leak, in one of the bedroom the roof plasterboard is broken. It needs to be fixed.pls note the roof leak is already fixed . Only the plasterboard which was broken piece needs to be fixed

Gyrock has already been installed, but it now needs to be flushed. It is a ceiling with exposed beams, around windows and on walls.

I have a small wall under my kitchen counter that I’d like covered with Gyprock. The space is 1955mm x 860mm, my aim is to cover gap between the counter top and the wall underneath. I’d like someone who is suitably skilled to supply the Gyprock and install it. Please see the photos. Please note the long piece of skirting is not fixed to the wall.
