Looking for an experienced handyman for a few small Gyprock/plaster repairs and a king-size bed move. Work required: * Fill and patch approximately 15 small drill holes around the house * Sand and paint/touch up the repaired areas * Repair a small chipped/damaged section of Gyprock/plaster on an external corner, then finish and paint neatly * Dismantle one king-size bed, move it into another room and reassemble it I will supply the paint. Please supply the required patching/Gyprock materials and tools. The plasterwork needs to be properly patched, sanded and painted to a neat finish for an end-of-lease inspection.

A 400x400 grille needs to be removed and then ceiling patched and skimmed to that area. There is also an old air vent [150x150] that needs to be flushed.

I need an experienced solid plasterer/rendering professional to repair the outside face of an existing oven recess in my kitchen. The inside of the recess is NOT being plastered and will remain exposed brick. The work is to repair the damaged areas around the opening, including the sides and top, build up/level the surface where required, and finish it flush with the existing wall and smooth/ready for painting. This is an older brick/masonry wall, so I’m specifically looking for someone experienced with solid plaster/render repairs over brick, rather than someone who mainly does plasterboard. Materials to be included in the price. Photos attached. The job is ready to be completed now. Please provide a quote and, ideally, examples of similar brick/masonry plaster repair work you’ve completed.

Scope of work: * Remove the existing timber door frame. * install a frame to close the opening. * Install gyprock/plasterboard on both sides. * Tape, set, sand and prepare the wall for painting. * Install new skirting board to match the existing profile. * Ensure the finished wall is flush and blends seamlessly with the surrounding walls. * Remove all rubbish and leave the area clean and tidy. we had old ceiling lights replaced with downlights. Now the old holes need to be repatched and painted. There are 4 in total (bedroom, dining, kitchen and small one in laundry area). Photos below except for bedroom. I also have a courtyard with broken and crumbling render around garden beds, which would be an additional piece of work if the plastering job goes well. Can be discussed further in person.

I have two small areas that require plastering.

Ceiling sagging and cracks between gyp rock sheets needs resecure/putty to prep for paint. Hole in wall near light switch needs repair and prep for paint. Cracks in gyprock around window frames needs repair and prep for paint. I'm having trouble uploading pics so I can txt through.
