I am looking for a qualified Carpenter and/or Plasterer to repair damage in a downstairs rumpus room caused by a previous leak. The leak has been addressed and rotten wood removed, but I now need the following remediation work: • Carpentry: replace/reinforce timber framing in the corner where wood rot has occurred. This includes the area around the window lintel/header and the ceiling joist corner. • Window/Door Frame: Repair or replace the timber reveals/frames that were removed during the investigation. • Plastering: Replace the missing section of the ceiling (plasterboard), install new cornice to match existing, and patch/set the wall areas. • Finishing: Sanding and repainting. • I am currently seeking to understand the scope and cost of the work. This $50 task is for the site visit and formal quote. 2. Once the quote is agreed upon, I will increase the task price to the full quoted amount to cover labor and materials. Thank you

Fix a hole in plasterboard wall

Looking for a handyman to repair a small hole in an internal door. Task includes replastering and repainting the damaged area to match the existing finish. Located in Tarragindi. Flexible with timing.

Fix hole & dent in plasterboard (see picture). I tried a mesh patch but it didn’t work - probably needs cutting out of damaged plasterboard and replacing with a new piece. Hole in picture is approx 11cm across.

Bathroom ceiling gyprock supaciel installed already. Just requires setting in preparation for painting

I have a hole in my wall that is about 30cm long and 10cm wide. I need it plastered and sanded as I currently have a plastic bag stuck in said hole so bugs don’t come into my room 😂
