Gyprock in garage has dropped, need to be rescrewed/replaced

Ceiling sagging due to water damage. Need a licensed plasterer to repair so the ceiling does not fall. The roof has been repaired. No leaks. Cannot change ceiling waiting for insurance to finalise the claim. Cannot change ceiling as yet. I dont need advise. Only reply to my ad if your interested in doing what I am asking. Gyprock over newly installed 5m beam and posts and around exposed roof beams. As well as plaster another area

Need a gyprocker for fire rated works at a house in Mount Annan. Scope is only from ceiling height upwards inside the roof space. No gyprock works required below ceiling level. I’ve already completed all framing and prep works and opened up approx. 700mm clearance either side of the wall for access. Need someone physically capable of getting up into the roof space between the trusses and installing 16mm fire rated gyprock to both sides of the wall above the ceiling line. Works include: * Approx. 12m wall plus 3m return * Install 16mm fire rated gyprock from ceiling line up only * Sheet both sides of wall above ceiling line * Height in roof space is approx. 1.4m in most areas, tapering down at the ends * A lot of cutting around roof trusses and tight spaces * Sheets will need to be cut down to fit between trusses * Ceiling is already open and ready to go * No setting, sanding or finishing required * Doesn’t need to look perfect as it’s all above ceiling line * Just needs to be installed properly and completed Labour only job. I will supply all gyprock sheets and materials. Job is ready now. See photos attached.

We need to pluster the walls and possible to do painting as well

Need two holes in the ceiling patched up after removing the bathroom and laundry exhaust fans. Both holes are circular and about 30cm wide.

Fix hole in Gyprock and two cornice pieces (we have left over cornice)

2 small holes on plaster wall in apartment needs fixing and looking like new please. Larger hole is 8x4 cm Smaller hole is 4x4 cm

Need a tradie that can Gyprock, patch sand and paint to replace existing water damaged walls. Start Saturday if possible

Hi this is to finish off sheeting of aquachek, plaster, apply primer and paint. Area of room is 7m x 5m. 3 sides only and wall only. Ceiling not required because it’s open ceiling. Aquachek sheets, plaster, primer and paint are already bought from Bunnings. You will need to provide basics like screws, sanding etc.

Need two false walls put up. Both are floor to ceiling about 1.5m wide. You will need to install a joist, cover with boards and then seal the edges. Materials are to be covered by you from the task payment.

Need to replace gyprock/plasterboard in kitchen for new splashbacks to be fitted. Tiles have already been removed as pictured
