The job will need to be completed in two stages: Stage 1 will be to cut down the gyprock on the bathroom ceiling and dispose. Stage 1 to be completed by 5 May. Stage 2 will be to come back and replace the gyprock at a later date once the owner has patched up the roof. The area that needs to be cut and replaced is approximately 2.8m x 1.6m.
