I'm after someone good with plastering/ painting to peel off the water damaged plaster on the window sill wall, tidy the plaster on the window sill ledge and cut out/ repair the crack with tape and base coat/top coat & smooth out, sand and paint 2 coats. Paint will be on site, primer to supply- Friday this week if available. The water leak source has been fixed. Thanks

Looking for an experienced carpenter/handyman to install a door to close off an existing open room so I can use it as a home office. The opening currently runs from floor to ceiling and does not have an existing door frame. Please see the attached photos showing the existing space and a mock-up of what I’m looking to achieve. Proposed work: - Install a standard-height internal door, likely something similar to this: https://www.bunnings.com.au/2040-x-820-x-35mm-corinthian-internal-door-1lite-obscure-primed-glass_p2036942?store=6196 - Build and install the required timber framing and door jamb. - Frame and plaster the area above the door to close the remaining opening up to the ceiling. - Position the new door approximately along the existing transition between the timber flooring and carpet, as shown in the photos. - Door to swing inwards into the room, with hinges on the left-hand side when looking into the room, so it opens back towards the left wall. - Install door handle/latch. - Install suitable perimeter seals and a bottom seal where practical to help reduce household noise entering the room. - Make good/plaster around the new frame. - Paint and finish the completed work. I have leftover paint from the original house build, so colour matching should be straightforward. The main purpose is to stop children entering the room while I’m working and reduce household noise, so I’m looking for a reasonably solid, well-sealed finished door installation. Happy for the successful Tasker to inspect/measure first and confirm the appropriate door size, framing arrangement and materials required before work begins. I will purchase and supply all materials using my Bunnings discount. I’ll need you to provide me with a complete materials list after measuring/assessing the job, and I’ll purchase everything required before you return to complete the work. Please include details/photos of any similar door installation, framing or plastering work you’ve completed.

I’ve recently had a new kitchen installed, which required sections of the existing plasterwork to be removed. I’m looking for an experienced plasterer/handyman to: - Repair and reinstate the plasterwork around the newly installed kitchen, including patching and finishing ready for painting. - Frame up and permanently block off two existing/old fireplace opening using either timber or metal stud framing. - Plaster over the fireplace opening so it is flush with the surrounding wall and ready for painting. - Complete any necessary finishing/sanding for a neat, professional result. Looking for someone experienced in plastering and basic framing who can provide all required materials and tools. Please provide an indication of your availability and experience with similar work. Need a plasterer/handyperson to fix small wall next to door (had an old gas wall heater removed). We did patch ourselves however as it is next to door frame, the old plaster came away from the frame leaving everything on a weird angle that we don’t know how to fix, creating a hot mess. Happy for it to be a cashy, don’t mind an apprentice looking for extra coin as long as it’s done right. Also have a couple of other smaller jobs if interested including patching an old AC unit hole, however the big one is the priority.

Belmont Geelong Tenant exit clean removal of rubbish and white goods. Demo plaster and joinery from bathroom and toilet. Demo kitchen joinery. Some of the rubbish is quite grubby, potentially quite a few dirty nappies. No bin will be supplied, must be taken to the tip
