Hi there, I need an experienced handyman, plasterer, or painter to remove a wall-mounted TV bracket, repair the plasterboard, and touch up the paint in a single visit. Scope of work: Lift down TV: Unhook a [insert size, e.g., 55-inch] TV (currently still mounted on the wall) and set it safely aside. (I am on-site and happy to help lift it down). Remove bracket: Unscrew and remove the standard wall mount bracket from the plasterboard/studs. There are no recessed cable pass-through cutouts behind it—just the standard mounting bolt holes. Repair torn paint/paper: Below the TV, an adhesive cable conduit was removed and pulled off a patch of paint/surface paper (approx. [insert rough size, e.g., 40cm x 5cm]). Loose edges will need trimming, sealing so the paper doesn't bubble, and skim-coating flush. Patch & sand: Fill the bracket screw holes and skim the torn paint section using rapid-set compound, then sand smooth. Prime & touch-up paint: Spot-prime the bare plaster and apply touch-up paint over the repaired areas. I will supply a 1L tin of colour-matched topcoat paint on-site plus any other consumable items you might need such as drop Tools & Materials: Reusable tools: Please bring all your own tools (drills/sockets, plastering knives/trowels, sanding block, roller frame, heat gun/dryer). Consumables: I will supply a 1L tin of colour-matched topcoat paint on-site. I am also happy to supply consumables (filler, sandpaper, drop sheet, roller sleeve, primer) if you let me know what you need, OR you are welcome to use your own trade rapid-set compound/primer from your kit—just let me know in your offer what is easiest. A section of my bedroom ceiling collapsed yesterday due to heavy rain and needs drywall plastering repairs. I'm ready to hire a tradie to replace the damaged section and paint. The room size is 3.2 x 3.3m and approx 50% of the ceiling is damaged or stained.

I need this hole to be 300mm diameter to fit my bathroom fan into. The hole may need a bit of plasterwork as its been sanded back to far and is uneven.

I'm after someone good with plastering/ painting to peel off the water damaged plaster on the window sill wall, tidy the plaster on the window sill ledge and cut out/ repair the crack with tape and base coat/top coat & smooth out, sand and paint 2 coats. Do any local handymen with some plastering experience want a pretty simple Sat morning job? See photos, measurements there too. Just need these two wall panels covered, have one plaster sheet for the job, but would need more to complete. Bonus if you can pack out the door frame slightly & hang the door too. Hourly rate is fine (as per listed price) but pls give me a rough estimate of how long you think this would take?
