I need a small section of bathroom wall re-sheeted to get the house rental-ready. The wall is approx. 1.6m high x 2m wide, currently exposed brick (previously had plasterboard). Job includes: Supply and install waterproof board (Villaboard or equivalent WR plasterboard). Secure to brick with adhesive and masonry screws. Tape and set the joins/screw holes for a paint-ready finish. I will handle painting once the wall is prepped. Ceiling touch ups re-plastered from minor roof leak (now resolved) and small ceiling cracks in kitchen and dining room/hallway (all connected) in small house.
