A previous tradesmen tried to fill in the 2 holes in the walls and failed to reinforce (or do any of it) properly. We need them plastered properly. May also have another job you can see once you come to the house we can discuss that including the price for that.

Planning to install electrical fireplace in the living room. Its rectangular width approx 1600 mm. With shelves to left. Gyprock or carpentry to the ceiling . Wall paper will be adhesive above fireplace as a feature. I have electrical fireplace purchased, will arrive in 4 days.
