Lounge ceiling has an area of 30 X 70cm hole where a leak has been repaired needs plastering repair and painting. 5. 2 X skylight internal frames need rubbing back and painted. 6.Walk in robes has a small hole and paint bubbling in the corner. Needs filling, rubbing back and touch up painting. 7.I will provide paint.
