I have two ceilings to gyprock. Size of rooms are 4.1x4.5 & 3.6x5.3. They are both raked ceilings. I have ladders and gyprock crane on site. I have prepared frames around air cond and added timber where necessary for support. I also have the gypock (8xsheets at 3x1.2 & 7xsheets 2.4x1.2), plaster and insulation on site to get the job done. I might be a bit short of top coat. I am available to help until mid next week otherwise Ill stay out of your hair.

Roof has a crack at our Norwood office, looks like plasterboard, will need this assessed and touched up. I have had bad experiences from airtasker in the past so please only apply if you can do this job to a high standard. Their are several other cracks around office, if you do a great job I can hire you for the others as well.

We are looking for someone to skim coat two rooms over textured brick. Rather than plaster it, an easier and more cost effective way to eliminate the wall texture and leave it with a smooth finish for us to paint. Parts of the walls in our investment property had to be cut into due to water damage from a burst pipe to be dried and out and needs fixing. Please see attached photos.
