Find a professional photographer in Toowong

We’re preparing our house for sale and are looking for an experienced real estate photographer to professionally photograph the property. The house is currently furnished and occupied, so we need someone who can work with the existing setup rather than requiring the house to be completely cleared or professionally staged. What we need: * Professional interior and exterior real estate photography * Approximately 15–25 high-quality final images * Digital images only – no printing required * Professional editing/retouching * AI/virtual staging of selected rooms to replace or enhance our existing furniture and presentation * Virtual staging needs to look realistic and suitable for a premium real estate listing * Ability to digitally remove/clean up minor clutter or distracting items where appropriate * High-resolution images suitable for realestate.com.au, Domain and other online marketing * Full-resolution copies supplied to us without watermarks * Photography completed within the next few weeks * Ideally a quick turnaround after the shoot We do not want to physically stage the property, so experience with high-quality AI/virtual staging is important. Please include examples of previous real estate photography and, particularly, before/after examples of your AI or virtual staging work.
