Three bedroom house in Miranda, wooden floor boards throughout, no carpet. The house is currently empty. We had indoor cats and as a condition of my lease I have to arrange pest control now that we have vacated the premises. I have occasionally seen ants and the odd cockroach in the last three years, but no fleas and no major infestations of any kind. The job must be done on Saturday 2nd April anytime from 10:30am.

- need someone to do pest control for my sister's new place that she's moving into - there are 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, garage area - heaps of spiders and insects, not sure what to do but we just want to get rid of all/majority of them on the property - please also do the garden/yard area if possible - need someone with attention to detail, friendly, accommodating - on street parking available - prefer mornings anytime after 9am
