Hello! I'm on the lookout for an experienced and motivated personal trainer to join me on a fitness journey for 6 weeks, from the 29th of November 2023 to the 10th of January 2024 in the St Kilda area. I have access to a gym located near the corner of St Kilda Rd and Union St, which includes visitor parking. If you have a gym in the local area, we can consider having our sessions there as well. I am aiming to train twice a week (60 minute sessions), preferably on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 6:30 PM. However, I am flexible and can also do Monday nights at 6:30 PM or Thursday and Friday during lunchtimes. Additionally, Saturday afternoons at 2 PM are an option if other options aren’t suitable. My goal is to focus on upper body training in one session and lower body training in another each week, emphasizing weights and strength training. I have been doing this kind of training for 1.5 years now and run 30 mins a day on weekdays. Hello lovely AirTaskers, I need THREE clients to help me perform my group session to pass my L2 Personal Trainer course. I will be teaching as the 'teacher'/'trainer', and you will be 'learning' and performing the exercises that I teach as my 'clients.' The session will be filmed and will consist of me teaching the following exercises to the three of you in our group setting: - Rowing machine - Some dynamic stretches - e.g hamstring stretches and bicep stretches. - Leg press machine - Barbell curl - Pec flyes - Dorsal raise - Core ball squat - Cool down stretches - e.g laying hamstring stretch There are several procedures I have to follow as per the awarding body on camera whilst being filmed - I will be greeting you on camera, verbally asking whether you are 'fit to exercise', giving some health and safety advice, and the session has to be filmed in one take, with no breaks. At the end I will ask for any general feedback on likes/dislikes of the session and ask for any suggested changes on the session. I can't imagine the session will take any longer than 30-45 minutes.
