I am a 35 year old woman who is looking to get into strength training more seriously and build muscle. I am already active and have a dumbbell set at home, which I use 5x a week, but have not been back at the gym since COVID and don't feel like I'm progressing in terms of strength gains. I want to rebuild my confidence in the gym, refamiliarize myself with gym equipment, how to build muscle properly and improve my body composition. I would prefer a female trainer. I live in Coburg but willing to travel to Melbourne CBD.
