Hi! I’m looking for an experienced handyman or shade cloth installer to install a waterproof shade cloth over my existing pergola. The pergola is already built and level. I would like the waterproof shade cloth installed with enough fall for rain runoff while keeping the installation 100% rental friendly (no permanent damage to the pergola if possible). I already have: * Pillar 1.8m × 10m Waterproof Shade Cloth * Coolaroo Timber Fasteners * Coolaroo Tie Wraps I’m happy to purchase any additional materials you recommend before the job (timber, webbing straps, clamps, cable ties, brackets, etc.). I have purchased a pool pergola / pavilion from smart kits Australia, and need it installed. The posts will need to be concreted in into ground (see footing plan photos). There will be a slab poured once it is installed. Kit will come with instructions and I have machinery to dig the holes for the posts. You will need QBCC insurance as pergola will be council approved.

I am looking for an experienced plumber or drainage contractor to complete the stormwater connection for a newly installed pergola. Scope of Work: Supply all required fittings and PVC stormwater pipe (unless otherwise agreed). Install and connect the pergola downpipes to the existing pergola gutter. Run the stormwater pipe underground from the downpipes to the existing underground stormwater line located nearby. Excavate and backfill the trench as required. Ensure the pipe has the correct fall for proper drainage. Connect into the existing stormwater line using appropriate fittings. Test the system to ensure there are no leaks and water flows correctly. Leave the work area clean and tidy upon completion.

This is the main support beam and the large nails have rusted out. Will require an acroprop to support it and would like some reinforcement brackets once beam is secured

The Pergola is approximately 3 m deep × 3.5 m wide. Happy for installer to confirm measurements on arrival. I’d like the finished result to look neat and allow rain to run off properly while still looking attractive. Please bring any additional tools you may need (ladder, cutting tools, etc.). Experience installing shade sails, shade cloth or pergola roofing is preferred.
