I want to get a bunnings pergola installed in my backyard on top of the lawn

Needing a painter to paint new pergola over raised deck. Just frame, beams and vj ceiling. Two colours - paint supplied.

I’m looking to have a custom pergola built with polycarbonate roofing panels (wanting custom panels, rather than the cheap looking corrugated panels) ideally looking to have some enclosed sides as well. Wanting someone who can supply all materials and install. Approximate dimensions 3m x 3.5m but it’s in an awkward area that requires a custom solution. Access for materials etc is via several sets of stairs, so must be comfortable with that. The soil is sandy soil where it will be installed.

I need the current wood sanded back. It’s been painted brown. Natural wood underneath needs to be sealed with 2-3 coats. Clear coats to preserve the look of the natural wood. Must have sanding machine and I can buy the stain
