Urgent small job before big family gatherings 13–14 Dec (lots of kids & elderly coming). The front row of coping/edge pavers on our raised patio has no mortar left underneath – they rock badly and are a 30 cm trip hazard to the lawn. Need them lifted, cleaned and re-laid solid. 6 clear photos attached. Job (quick safety fix only): • Lift the loose row of edge pavers • Clean out old debris/crumbled mortar • Re-lay level & solid on fresh mortar or strong construction adhesive (happy to go with whatever you recommend – I’ve heard flexible adhesive can be better long-term if the wall is still moving a bit) • Point joints so they’re locked in • Leave the edge safe and tidy NOT required: rebuilding the cracked brick wall underneath (future job). Timeline: 100% finished by Friday 5 December latest. Quote: labour + indicative materials cost.

We need 2.5 square metres of clay pavers laid on a packed soil & sand base. As you can see in the photo some pavers need to be moved, and the rest are stacked nearby. None have cement on them....some will need dirt scraped off. All sand & pavers are provided. A few pavers will need cutting.

Dislodge pavers from their installed poistion and remove to front of property for collection by others - Total Area is 40 square metres . Dismantle Garden shed. This shed is on top of pavers - so needs to be dismantled in order to remove the pavers. NOTE: Dispoal of paver not required. This will be done by others

Need to sell house and therefore need small part of driveway repaired

3 or 4 rows of 15 tiles (300 x 300 mm) to be re-laid and edged with concrete to support car being driven on it. All sand and concrete here already, and I can have the loose rows lifted in advance.
