The job involves tiling, levelling, light construction and installation work. All major materials including tiles, sand, timber for garden beds, garden bed lights, and gazebo will be supplied by us. Scope of Work: 1. Remove & Replace Pathway Bricks with Tiles • Carefully remove the existing bricks from the backyard pathway. • Level and prepare the ground as needed. • Install and fix new tiles securely, ensuring an even and durable finish. 2. Revamp Fireplace Area • Clear away existing pebbles, debris, and any other material from the fireplace area. • Level the entire space to prepare for tiling. • Lay and fix tiles over the newly levelled fireplace area. 3. Build Seating Area • Design and construct seating arrangements on four sides of the fireplace using provided timber or suitable materials. • Ensure seating is sturdy, weather-resistant, and complements the backyard aesthetic. 4. Garden Beds • Create new garden beds at designated spots using provided timber. • Prepare soil if required. • Paint two existing garden beds to refresh and match new installations. 5. Lighting Installation • Install garden bed lights in the newly created and existing garden beds. • Ensure wiring and fittings are safely and neatly done (compliant with local electrical standards, if applicable). 6. Gazebo Installation • Assemble and securely install a gazebo in the specified area of the backyard. • Ensure it is safely anchored and level. Remove old mailbox and pour concrete in it's place. Needs to be 45-50cm square by 7cm deep. Ground is on a slight slope, so the concrete needs to be levelled flat. Concrete will be supplied and mailbox installed next day by owner. Note the original ground has a very small tree stump growth that will needs to be cut.

Remove approx 40 to 50 pavers (currently concerted to the grounds) in a way it can be re-used by us at a later stage. All loose pebbles on the left hand side of the house (around same pavers that are being removed) needs to be removed as well along with 2 stepping stones & Clothes line as shown in the picture. The ground should be left levelled. Then help us to stack the pavers on the other side of the house to be used at a later stage, pebbles can be put in a bag or something for future use.

Need a stepping stone pathway with pebbles for sideyard and small front yard. The sideyard is around 27 feet Length and Width is 4,6ft. There is AC unit at the end. The dimensions from the AC unit to the end: L:12ft, W: 31cm. Please find the attached image for your reference.
