Looking for someone to pull up and relay all existing paving properly in a herringbone interlocked pattern (it’s currently straight and wonky in sections) this includes the path to the front door. My backyard got pavers installed, few of them in one corner got cracked and broke. Looking to replace the cracked ones. Detailed description of task is as follows: We have got a sydney water maintenance hole with a lid in backyard. When the house was built we got it covered through pavers. However, over the course of time (10 years) few Pavers encircling the maintenance hole has gone uneven and few also got cracked and broken. Please refer the photos attached for further information. I would like you to lift few of the existing pavers encircling the affected area (around 15 to 16 pavers only, as deemed appropriate) Level the ground area beneath, add any top soil or compact base to level the area as possible. Replace broken pavers (5 to 6 pavers) with new ones, only around 5-6 pavers that cracked need replacement with new ones, the other unbroken good ones can be re-used. Lay the pavers back and apply filling sand/soil between pavers once installed, so that they don’t get uneven again. You will need to buy & get the 5 - 6 new pavers and other materials, as needed and take back the leftover with you. Dispose off the discarded pavers in the green bin. The size of pavers is: 300mm X 300mm X 40mm Also note: I have checked with Sydney water, the maintenance hole is now inactive and not needed anymore. However, it would be good to leave the maintenance hole still accessible if needed in future anytime. So while re-laying pavers, ensure it remains accessible but not wobbly. As described above, the issue is limited to only one corner of the backyard and not whole of the backyard. Please ring me if you need to speak to me to discuss further details. Excavate soil section of approximately 10m x 2m. Needs to be dug at least 50-70mm for it to be laid with pavers and sitting flush with the existing driveway. Tip the excavated material. Lay pavers/bricks to blend with the existing driveway and repaint to make it look seamless. Person needs to supply required material.
