Need 1 or 2 people to be on hand to help with food setup, serving, and kitchen / cleaning up during birthday celebration for approx 50 people - from 630 to about 11;30 (end of event)

I am looking for someone 2 - 5:30pm to help set up for a dinner party for 7 people. Needs to be able to nicely set up a table, get glasses out and ready, organise fridge for space, general tidying, putting fairy lights up and other adhoc tasks.
