We need our penthouse cleaned we are moving in to. $70 per hour. Approx 5 hours and 3 cleaners Must have own cleaning stuff , vacuum ect you will need steel wool , vacuums, mops ( no bleach ) . New build . Verandahs need really good cleaning. Marks off walls . 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms , 3 verandahs.

We require the house to be deep cleaned prior to moving in. The kitchen and living room are tiled and we would like these cleaned and grout scrubbed. We would also like this same clean for the two bathrooms. The cupboards in the kitchen and bathrooms will also need a wipe down. The carpets in all 4 bedrooms will also require steam cleaning. Unfortunately we have moved into a place that's not been well maintained or cleaned. What's required: - cleaning timber floors. I'd love to get them vacuumed and moped - wall clean - windows clean - shutters clean - aircon clean We got a shower and toilet clean yesterday. There are some areas of the toilet door and shower that can't come clean if you can try that would be great! We would prefer someone who works at $40 an hour
