Find a local Microsoft helper in Parramatta

Hi there, I run a small business and need help setting up a work email account as a user profile on our laptop (Windows 11 Pro). The email address is managed via GoDaddy with Microsoft 365. Laptop is for new staff member. I’ve tried all the standard methods, including: Adding a new user with the work email Creating a local account and linking the work email under "Access work or school" No success — the account either doesn’t appear at login or won’t connect properly. I need someone to: Properly set up a new user on the laptop that can use this work email Ensure it shows up on the Windows login screen Make sure I (the admin/owner) retain full access and control of the laptop and the new user account. This is a once-off setup task but I’d prefer someone who knows Microsoft 365, Windows 11 Pro, and GoDaddy configurations well. Let me know if you can help or need any other info to get started.

Need someone to install Office 2021, Project 2019 and Viso 2019 on my laptop. Must do it without creating/using a Microsoft account. I have already purchased legitimate licenses for the software to use, I just don't want to install with a Microsoft account. Do you know how to do this?
