Returned to work and academics after a long break doing a masters at uni. Managed last year but really struggled with Microsoft Word set up on my MacBook and general management of files. Would be open to doing it online but prefer in person. Want somebody with experience of MacBook and it would be really helpful if they had any experience of academic set up with APA seven but not essential. Happy to agree an hourly rate

My windows don't is scaly and looks corrupted, my outlook classic email also looks corrupted have tried uninstalling reinstalling afew times and did not fix the problem.

Someone hacked my email acct, I need to transfer all emails to new email acct and setup 2fa and delete all the other emails, cant access my Microsoft acct and no customer service available.. the hackers have access to all me emails now and have also changed the password but I never logged out so I still have access to it.

Bought a new computer for work. Microsoft 365 account on this computer has been set up with my personal email address. I need to change it to my work email address - so the work computer & email has access to the 365 programmes. Then set up my old computer with personal email (not using the 365 account)

Need help to reorganise files on Microsoft surface pro. Root directory Organization.

The front camera in my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 often doesn’t work. I need to know whether the issue is the camera itself (and the laptop therefore needs replacing) or whether it’s something else such as the camera driver etc.

I need somebody computer savvy to install and or update Microsoft on my laptop, Lenovo G50. It also needs an update done to run more smoothly as it crashes sometimes.

I'm looking for someone who's good at computing and understanding how apps work together and how to best utilize them for maximum production. Basically I need help getting organized online to streamline all of my different processes, understand different apps, organize my email, organize my photos, help me clean up my storage, back up and delete things. I also need to set up my new Mac with Microsoft Office. Overall I'm also hoping to get support so I can grow my confidence in these areas for basic functioning.
